Over the years, FOODMatch has demonstrated expertise in sourcing foods that are both traditionally and responsibly crafted, working closely with growers from irrigation to pruning to harvesting and all the way through production.

Lemon Chicken and Olive Tagine

Don’t let the name intimidate you. A tagine is just a slow-simmered Moroccan stew that comes together rather easily with the right ingredients. This flavorful combo includes a handful of warming spices like turmeric, cumin, and ginger sprinkled over bone-in chicken thighs and tender green olives. Enjoy it over a warm bowl of couscous for a comforting home-cooked meal.

Frozen Yogurt Fig and Nut Bark

This isn’t your average chocolate bark. For starters, there’s no chocolate. Instead, we’ve reimagined the sweet treat to include Greek-style yogurt, fruit spread, mixed nuts, and chopped figs for a total texture explosion.
