We’re always on the hunt for gluten-free snacks that aren’t just acceptable for those who have to follow a specific diet, but also win over their friends and family. After all, it’s always more fun when everyone can eat together without having to worry about creating separate dishes for individual food restrictions. Siete is a perfect example of a brand that’s a real crowd-pleaser. Their entire line of grain-free chips is positively addicting and it’s easy to eat through an entire bag without giving it a second thought (not that we would know anything about that!). The brand itself has a heartwarming story that’ll make you even more eager to invite them into your pantry.

The History of Siete

When Veronica Garza was a teenager, she was diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions. Her family rallied behind her and started to explore a variety of diet and exercise programs to see if they could find the right combination to restore her health. A grain-free, low-inflammation eating plan did the trick, and to her surprise, the entire Garza family adopted the same habits. But these Texans weren’t content to eat their tacos on lettuce leaves. That’s why they decided to make their own line of chips, tortillas, taco shells, taco sauce, and dips to satisfy their food cravings and inspire others to embrace healthy habits, too.

Siete Company Mission

Siete makes grain-free foods for all to enjoy. Once the Garza family got in a routine of cooking healthy meals from ingredients that wouldn’t aggravate Veronica’s symptoms, they decided to spread their knowledge to others, inspiring individuals, families, and communities to exercise, eat well, and come together around a shared love of food.

Benefits of Siete

Siete doesn’t want anyone to miss out on enjoying family meals and making memories together. With a product line that’s paleo-friendly, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free, it means more people can come around the table and enjoy the same foods together. And while their foods are more firmly rooted in the snack and condiment department, there’s still some nutritional value to be had. Siete’s grain-free tortilla chips deliver some protein and dietary fiber, and the habanero hot sauce offers a small amount of calcium and potassium. (It’ll also clear out your sinuses, should you need it!)
