One day you’re all about noshing on fruits and veggies, and the next day you’re not. It happens to all of us, but just like other daily habits like flossing checking in with our doctor, or doing a closet purge, it’s important to pay attention to the nutrients we’re consuming. In 2015, the CDC reported only 13 percent of Americans eat the recommended daily amount of fruit, and only 9 percent of people get enough veggies. Current recommendations advise for the average adult to enjoy one to two servings of fruit, and two to three servings of vegetables each day. On average, one serving is equivalent to about one cup. On days when these goals feel out of reach, there’s an easy fix: That’s It. This brand’s fruit-based bars help fill the gap in your diet when eating three balanced meals a day just isn’t in the cards.

The History of That’s It

Dr. Lior Lewensztain founded That’s It with one goal: to change America’s nutritional landscape. With both a medical and business background, Dr. Lewensztain focuses on nutrition when formulating his popular bars and insists on using the shortest possible ingredient list without skimping on flavor.

That’s It Company Mission

Simple and easy ingredients made from real food—that’s the philosophy behind That’s It, a line of fruit bars (with the occasional bit of dark chocolate or dash of probiotics). No matter which flavor you love most, the recipe will always feature non-GMO fruit and no preservatives, colors, or added sugars through juices or concentrates.

Benefits of That’s It

Since each dried fruit bar offers two servings of fruit, it’s easy to get your daily recommended amount just by enjoying an afternoon snack. Each That’s It bar is made with only fruit, so it’s naturally chewy and made without preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavors, or colors. This line also accommodates a range of diets like gluten-free, paleo, vegan, and low-glycemic. In addition, That’s It bars are always free from the top eight allergens:

Shellfish
Wheat
Eggs
Fish
Peanuts
Soy
Milk
Tree Nuts

Thrive Market members are big fans, too! Joane from South Carolina loves the bars for “a pick-me-up snack and some quick energy!” while Wendy from Florida relies on a bar to keep her from reaching for candy.
