TRUFF gave condiments a makeover, and Thrive Market members can’t stop raving about it.

The History of TRUFF

Before starting TRUFF, Nick Guillen and Nick Ajluni ran the instagram account @sauce where they posted food and pop culture content. After building a loyal following, they decided to create an upscale hot sauce brand.

TRUFF Company Mission

Craveable and giftable, TRUFF makes elevated oils, mayos, and hot sauces infused with real black truffles.

Benefits of TRUFF

TRUFF sources quality ingredients like organic eggs, sunflower oil, and black winter truffles. What’s more, every bottle is:

Preservative-free
Gluten-free
Vegetable and seed oil free

Black Truffle Hot Sauce

Upgrade your hot sauce with the unique blend of chili peppers, agave nectar, black truffle, and savory spices. Thrive Market member Sandra from Nevada says “if you like black truffle and spicy things this is a great hot sauce for you! I have bought this probably 15 times now.”

Black Truffle Mayonnaise

Ready for next-level burgers, fries, and sandwiches? Just add a smear of truffle-infused mayonnaise. Stephanie from Tennessee says “it’s not an overpowering truffle flavor, but it definitely makes everything taste better. Try this with a truffle mustard in deviled eggs and thank me later!”

Black Truffle Oil

Elevate everything from popcorn to your morning scramble with TRUFF’s gourmet oil that Taryn from California says makes all her meals “amazing and fancier.”

New Ways to Use Mayonnaise

This multitasking spread is more than a sandwich must-have, and these tasty recipes prove it.

Tender Salmon Cakes

This elegant dish uses wild Alaskan salmon, almond flour, bell peppers, and mayo to bind everything together.

Grilled Corn with Chipotle-Lime Mayonnaise

Grilled corn is always a crowd-pleaser, but adding chipotle-lime mayo and crumbled feta makes every bite next level.

Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Mayo

Sweet potato fries don’t always need a dip, but this spicy sauce made with ground cumin, chili powder, and cayenne kicks them up a notch.
